Seraphic Security is seeking a talented and experienced Chromium Mobile Developer to join our innovative team. At Seraphic, we are at the forefront of enterprise browser security, and your role will be pivotal in enhancing and extending our unique solutions to mobile platforms. You will work on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on browser security for enterprises, helping to protect millions of users globally. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Chromium-based browser solutions for mobile platforms (Android and iOS). 
• Feature Implementation: Implement new features and functionalities in our mobile browser solutions, ensuring they align with our security standards and user experience goals. 
• Optimization: Optimize performance and ensure high reliability and responsiveness of applications. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate requirements and wireframes into high-quality code. 
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, debug issues, and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability. 
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Chromium project and mobile development trends, integrating relevant advancements into our products. 
• Documentation: Produce detailed documentation to support the development process and assist in troubleshooting and future development. 

Experience & Skills 

• Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong background in working with Chromium or other browser engines. 
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in C++, Java, Kotlin, and/or Swift, with a solid understanding of modern mobile development frameworks. 
• Mobile Platforms: Extensive experience with Android and/or iOS development, including knowledge of platform-specific guidelines and best practices. 
• Performance Optimization: Proven experience in optimizing mobile applications for performance and responsiveness. 
• Open Source Contribution: Experience contributing to the Chromium project or other open-source projects is highly desirable. 
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. 
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Security Focus: Understanding of security principles and experience developing secure applications is a significant advantage. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Chromium Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Chromium architecture and its subsystems. 
• Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in a relevant field. 
• Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and practices.
