Our usual interview process:

• 15-minute phone call.
• 20-minute Online call.
• Complete a 2-hour assignment using TailWind/Petal Frameworks.
• 1-hour conversation at our offices.

Perfect Fit:

• You have a strong interest in creating engaging interfaces.
• You have 0-1 years of experience in front-end development.
• You approach challenges with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
• You are open to learning new technologies and growing continuously as a developer.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in coding with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and TailWind.
• Experience in layouts, components, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of Figma, StoryBook, and Chrome Dev Tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Git & Github.

(Advantage - skills in Elixir or Python)

Responsibilities:

• Build a multi-participant (humans & AI) instant messaging platform.
• Maintain code integrity and standards compliance through self-assessment and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to develop and implement responsive user interfaces using Elixir, Petal, Tailwind, LiveView, Phoenix, and more.
