• Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist - Insurance/financial services industry an advantage
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Python,SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Segamaker, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with extensive experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading data science projects and great execution mineset.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
