Requirements::

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in PHP server development.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, OOP principles and design patterns.
• Capable of quickly grasping new concepts and proficient in self-directed learning.
• Track record of successfully designing and implementing scalable, high-performance server architecture.
• Aptitude for effectively diagnosing and resolving complex server-side issues.
• Willingness to take on new coding challenges and step outside of the comfort zone.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset, leading features and removing roadblocks with minimal support.
• Practical experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex server-side issues.
• Strong documentation skills for code, processes, and system architecture.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, considering the implications and ramifications of design decisions.
