In this position

As an AE Team Leader at Hailo, you will plan, and execute end-to-end applications based on requirements from business development and architecture teams. You will be collaborating closely with customers, partners, and business functions in hailo for bringing best in class applications using Hailo’s Software and Hardware. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of application engineers (AEs) to provide application development, and partners collaboration across our AI product portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to align AE activities with product roadmaps, and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze field application performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to AEs to enhance their technical skills, and product knowledge.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our solutions and gather market intelligence.
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred,
• Demonstrated success in software development environment (10+ years) with a track record of managing and inspiring a high-performing team (5+ years)
• Deep technical knowledge of C++, Python, applications, and industry trends.
• Experience at the solution level, with a strong understanding of HW & SW to debug issues, define solutions, and engage customers on their full AI system
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on driving customer success, satisfaction
• Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and company offices as needed.
