Come join us in fighting Fraud!

Tens of millions of customers around the world use Intuit's products. Customers trust us with their most sensitive financial data, and use our products and tools to manage their finances. As such, it's essential that Intuit protects its customers’ data and assets at the highest degree of security, and specifically against malicious attempts at fraud.

Our goal is to reduce Intuit’s overall fraud exposure in various use-cases by using and creating state-of-the-art solutions.

The responsibility is end-to-end — scope analysis, capabilities for detection, prevention and fraud remediation, metrics, dashboards, and building tools and services for the agents who are tasked to fight fraud.

By doing this, we enhance our customers’ trust and continue to increase Intuit’s brand perception as one of the world’s leaders in keeping our customers’ data and financials safe.

The group is expanding to new use cases of Fraud Prevention. We are looking to expand existing capabilities as well as build new ones that will enable us to execute fraud prevention use-cases continuously, automatically and at scale, leveraging intuit’s AI/ML advanced capabilities as well as our fraud and security data lakes.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead this expansion, as well as join the rest of our ongoing activities.

You will contribute by managing a group of engineers, including line managers, where you will build those capabilities, and interface with the various stakeholders and teams. You will help design and architect those capabilities and drive them to completion.

What you'll bring

  • 5-plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 12–14 years of hands-on software development experience
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies, and SaaS ‌or mobile technologies.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent work-related experience

How you will lead

  • Technology leaders at Intuit think strategically and drive ‌results. They build high-performing teams by putting the right people in the right jobs at the right time. Leaders help to innovate by thinking differently. They lead their teams to embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers. Leaders at Intuit inspire others through action by creating a spirit of collaboration.
  • In this role, you will help to bring out the best ideas from the best engineers by empowering them and leading by example.
  • Your group will create and bring customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve ‌current customer needs while building for the future.
  • To accomplish this, you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and alignment with partners across the business (for example Program Mgmt, Business and Data Analysts).
