We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our expanding B2B/B2C marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our brand assets and conversion-focused websites from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure our online presence aligns with our strategic goals and drives customer engagement.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Own the foundation and functionality for how AI21 presents content to potential clients through an optimized, enjoyable, and informative web experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs smoothly, ensuring seamless functionality across the site.
• Implement and maintain tracking setups using Google Tag Manager for events, conversions, and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, ensuring an optimal web experience for users.
• Identify areas for improvement, suggest improvements, tools or processes to optimize our web presence.
• Develop, manage, build and maintain our landing pages and websites
• Create secure, fast and responsive web pages and own our marketing web presence from a technical standpoint
• Integrating our web projects with different external and internal APIs and systems
• Design and implement web tracking across the website and landing pages, including analytics tools, conversion tracking, personalization, and more
• Work with designers, product and marketing to create beautiful Web UI with excellent UX that has a direct impact on the business
• Work with the Marketing team to iterate on the website and upper funnel changes
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in web development, custom WordPress themes and a focus on HTML, PHP, SASS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs, Experience in webflow - a plus.
• Experience working with other JS-based libraries like React, Next.js.
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects with an SEO-oriented approach while delivering semantic and accessible code.
• High level of understanding of user experience best practices for marketing websites and eagerness to stay abreast of the latest trends
• Experience in being tech lead in a marketing group.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills that allow you to successfully partner with other teams (technical and non-technical), “get go “ attitude, ability to lead and execute projects.
• Understanding back-end technologies like Node, PHP, or Python can be valuable for building dynamic web applications.
