The Infinidat RnD department is looking for an experienced manager to lead our applications development group.

Our product offering and technologies are designed with best in class monitoring and control applications allowing IT professionals excellent visibility and control of the multi petabyte storage solutions in their organization.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to VP R&D and part of the RnD staff - defining and executing the development roadmap of the company
• Manage 4 development teams in a multidisciplinary group, including frontend, backend and client side solutions
• Continually improve the solution by adopting new technologies and expanding the system capabilities to support a rapidly growing on-prem install base interfacing with cloud-based control ecosystem.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a 2nd line manager in relevant RnD domains
• 5+ years of hands-on development in backend/frontend or similar application domains (Java, Javascript, Python)
• Experience in the Storage domain - a strong advantage
• Experience with Linux OS - tools, scripting and development
• Knowledge in various system-level topics – OS, networking, storage.
• High initiative and a proactive approach and an ability to work effectively across org boundaries
