Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior AI/LLM Engineer to lead the development and evaluation of algorithms using large language models (LLMs) and other AI frameworks. You will play a key role in driving the technical direction of projects, performing complex analyses, and fine-tuning models. This position demands a balance of strong engineering skills and strategic thinking, mentoring, and focusing on delivering impactful solutions regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of algorithms utilizing LLMs and related frameworks.
• Conduct advanced time series analysis and model fine-tuning.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the development of AI-driven products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable code and solutions within set deadlines.

Requirements:

• Python: 5+ years of experience.
• Data Science/Algorithms Knowledge: 5+ years of significant experience in data science, algorithm design, and implementation.
• LLM Services: 1+ years of experience with Langchain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or other LLM services.
• English Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Data-Driven Work Orientation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cloud Environment: 3+ years of proven experience working on products in a cloud environment.

Education:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field.
