About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Backend (WEB) to join our team in the North. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of web applications using microservices architecture and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Backend developers
• Define and implement technical architecture for web applications
• Develop and maintain microservices applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems
• 5+ years of experience in web development using Docker, Microservices, and container
• Experience developing with Python OR Java OR Node.js
• Knowledge and experience with message queuing and pub/sub mechanisms such as REDIS/KAFKA - an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases - an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, etc. - an advantage
