* Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy large language models to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct research to improve and extend the capabilities of existing language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM solutions into various applications.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

*Required Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing large language models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Knowledge of deploying models in production environments and ensuring their performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

*Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc +5 years ,MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI.
- Experience with transformer models such as BERT, GPT, etc.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy concerns.
