In this role you will be joining the UnifabriX SW team and be part of a group driving the next rack-level architecture, which will increase application performance and reduce overall costs.

We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Team Lead with expertise in Linux Kernel, User space & Linux memory management to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, and driving the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in software development with expertise in Linux OS systems ( kernel & user space).
• At least 8 years of experience hands-on developing in C/C++.
• Prior experience (2 years) in a leadership role, managing and leading software.
• Solid understanding of system-level software development and architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
