We’re looking for highly skilled and experienced Frontend Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Frontend Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative frontend solutions that drive the success of our projects. You will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our frontend development efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of our frontend codebase.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to frontend development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, architectural principles, and coding standards.
• Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable frontend architectures that support the requirements of our projects. Evaluate and recommend appropriate frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize development efficiency and performance.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with development teams to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvements.
• Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Lead the development of prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and explore new frontend technologies or approaches.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance optimization opportunities across frontend applications, including code optimization, caching strategies, and network optimizations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA engineers. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Research and Development: Stay current with frontend development trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Conduct research and experimentation to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can enhance our frontend development process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Frontend Developer or Frontend Architect, with a strong portfolio of frontend projects.
• Experteise in frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, including component-based architecture, state management, and data flow.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, Localization and accessibility standards.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and progressive web application (PWA) development. – Advantage
• Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs). - Advantage
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) – Advantage
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities. – Advantage
• Relevant certifications or training in frontend development or architecture. – Advantage
