Learn K2VIEW products and technologies used by the product
Troubleshooting of applications and daily support as needed as requested through work orders and other forms of work request.
Provide support to end users having problems or questions with software related applications.
Responsible for implementing new software products. This includes working with our DevOps team, R&D group, and Product Solution team to ensure the solution meets customer needs.
Responsible for installing and configuration of software, custom developed on test/ production servers.
Responsible for installing and testing of software upgrades. Includes working closely with the end users on trouble shooting and reporting of issues that may arise during the testing phase.
Responsible for identifying and implementation of opportunities for automation and configuration management using tools and or languages like Jenkins, maven, bash, Ansible, etc.
Responsible for requirements and specifications for environment and application monitoring.
Ensure that existing policies and procedures that related to software application implementation are maintained.
Assist in the development of new policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements:
B.SC. Information system, Industrial Management, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2-4 Years of hands-on experience.
2+ years of Kafka hands-on experience - advantage.
Hands-on cloud experience.
GG experience - Advantage.
DBs experience - advantage.
Understanding of object-oriented knowledge (Java, C#) - Advantage.
Knowledge with SQL.
Advanced Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system.
Good understanding of scalable, distributed system architectures. - advantage.

Team player who can build strong relationships with peers and company stakeholders.
