We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Software Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the software that powers our advanced embedded systems, bringing complex algorithms to life and enabling groundbreaking applications across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team's workload and priorities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide leadership and guidance.
• Lead discussions on architectural decisions and actively participate in technology choice evaluations.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 7+ years of professional experience in real-time embedded systems and software development
• 3+ years of management experience as a team leader with proven ability to drive team performance and success
• Good understanding of SW/HW interfaces and SoCs architectures
• Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or Embedded Linux
• Experience in BSP, embedded SW SDKs and infrastructure SW development lifecycle
• Familiarity with MISRA C coding and code coverage concepts
• Great interpersonal skills, team-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Proficient in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive industry software development
• Automotive development process (ASPICE)
• Knowledge in Git, Cmake build environments
• Agile/Scrum processes experience
