Job Description:

Product/System engineering for software-based communication management system solutions

Act as a Point-of-Contact toward project management to consolidate required functionalities in both technical and schedule-related aspects

Requirement analysis, design and implementation support throughout the entire project lifecycle until delivery to the customer

Matrix management of other foreign and domestic engineering groups to design, implement, integrate and test the solution for customers

Working with technical customer representatives both locally and abroad

Requirements:

Formal degree in engineering – preferably software, industrial, information systems or communication engineering

At least 2 years of experience as a software product/system engineer, software product owner or system analyst and designer

Experience in working with software development/testing teams and defining software related solutions

High proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Hebrew

System-wide view alongside ability to go into the technical details, with strong analytics capabilities

High interpersonal skills, ability to lead activities and drive people to action

High multi-tasking capabilities

Work experience with Agile methodology – advantage 

Experience in UX/UI design – advantage

Background/knowledge in data communication systems: IP networking, radios, C4I – advantage
