Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Research Development Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of our research and development team. This pivotal role involves guiding team members, conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and spearheading product development endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the research and development team, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives
Conduct comprehensive research, analyze findings, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Drive product development initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver innovative solutions
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
Strong background as R&D team lead / similar
Proficiency in AI, NLP, and related technologies
Familiarity with 3D game engines (Unreal Engine / Unity)
programming language Python, C++, JS, (Three.JS, Blueprint, C# preferred)
Experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Knowledge of product development processes and best practices
Ability and motivation to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving skills
Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or engineering (preferred)
