Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Python for backend development and React for frontend development. This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our technology stack, ensuring it's not just functional but exceptional.
• Lead the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with our visionary founding team to turn bold ideas into reality.
• In future, build and nurture a team of top-notch engineers and offshore engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Technical Demands:

• Frontend and Backend Mastery: Proven expertise in React for crafting engaging user interfaces and Python for building robust backend systems.
• API and SDK Expertise: Ability to create APIs and SDKs that seamlessly integrate with our products, making them accessible and extensible for our customers and partners.
• Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - advantage.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Natural ability to unravel complex technical challenges and find creative solutions.
• Leadership Abilities: Lead our team of engineers to greatness, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Communication Skills: Translate technical jargon into plain English and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving tech landscape.

Experience and Education:

• 6+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Degree in Computer Science or related field - advantage.

Bonus Skills:

• Fintech Familiarity: Experience in fintech or financial services is a significant advantage.
• Agile Experience: Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with experience in Agile methodologies.
