About the Role

Loris is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to join our DataOps team. As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our machine learning and AI development processes. This role will also work closely with our world-class data science, product, and engineering teams to ensure the efficient handling and utilization of data.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with an operational mindset, capable of leading end-to-end data processes efficiently.

This is a hybrid partial position where you’ll be coming into the office located in Tel Aviv 2 days a week and working remotely the other days

About You

Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate and prepare data to support model training/improvement and other ML/AI development processes
• Own data management processes and help to scale them
• Refine the annotation tasks and guidelines based on the experience acquired through the inspection of large amounts of data
• Create clear and concise documentation to document progress and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data management tools and software
• Experience with data validation and preparation techniques
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed documentation
• SQL knowledge
