We are looking for a talented individual to join our R&D team as an AI leader. This role will develop an innovative AI product using LLM applications capabilities, as well as backend systems and infrastructure that support our Generative AI initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Machine Learning engineering, from concept to production deployment.
• Design, develop, and deploy powerful machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and build robust AI/ML pipelines.
• Become the subject matter expert and mentor for the R&D team on all LLM related aspects, implementing cutting edge technologies.
• Actively research the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices, and strategically integrate them into your projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist or similar role, with a focus on production deployment.
• Proficiency in AI tools and frameworks such as LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Cyber security background is a major advantage.
• Experience with Vector Databases is an advantage.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong analytical background.
• Innovative thinker and leader, passionate for AI and its impact on our product.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and inspire others.
