Mertens-Malam Team is seeking a Development Team Leader.
We are looking for a senior team leader to oversee the FULLSTACK development team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing quarterly work plans and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders for tasks such as TTM response, capacity management, JIRA management, etc.
Monitoring and managing tasks, including updating divisions at all stages of task completion.
Ability to read and comprehend specification documents alongside the team/program leader and grasp business requirements.
Risk management, preparing presentations for steering committees, participating in and managing meetings, and providing interface responses within the organization.
Coordinating architecture with relevant parties.
Conducting audits – gathering information, investigating, and responding to audit requirements.
Handling production faults – incident management, reporting, and execution.
Monitoring budgets, managing purchase requests, and processing invoices.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with individuals both within and outside the team.
Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed for incidents, production transfers, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in team management is advantageous.
Mandatory experience in developing and managing development projects.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Development/Analysis/Management of technological projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, is essential.
Familiarity with SQL and DB2 is required.
