About In-House Health

In-House was founded in 2023 by Ari, the previous founder of a digital health company with a >$1B valuation, Sergey, a former bedside nurse turned healthcare data expert, and Shachar, who managed 30+ algorithm developers in 8200 and was a top engineer and Tech Lead at Google. 

About the role

Join as the second Engineer at In-House Health, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of nursing management tools. Working closely with our product team, you'll help define and execute the development of new features to enhance our user application's functionality and scalability. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence our development strategy and growth, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.

About you

• You are an excellent software developer, with 5+ years of experience in top tech companies and / or high-performing startups
• You are highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage company
• You thrive in a self-directed environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward and proactively seeking guidance when needed
• Experience in backend development is required. An advantage given to those familiar with Python.
