Join the QuickBooks payments team as a staff software engineer!
In this role you will be the frontend tech lead for initiatives across Money products in order to boost business KPIs, shaping our processes and strategy within the organization. The product is built with the newest technologies, at the heart of QuickBooks.
As part of the work you will collaborate closely with other teams and be part of world class platform, at high scale.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful products
- Minimum 7 years of Hands-On experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies

- Ability to onboard quickly to a new code base and develop in a contribution process with other engineering teams.
- Time management and people driven - have good communication and relationship skills to progress our projects and meet the deadlines while depending on other teams.

How you will lead
- Successful delivery of high-quality software.
- Build new in-product experiences in existing products in contribution, run as an experiment and productize it if it wins
- Production support involved with monitoring production systems and remediating issues.
- Work cross-functionally with various Intuit groups and products.
- Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team. Collaborate with other engineers to share best practices and knowledge of emerging technologies
- Perform and participate in peer code reviews
