As a Backend Team Leader Team Leader, you will:

• Lead a team of backend developers in Python/GO
• Be in charge of the team’s personal growth and development
• Build robust production applications at the core of the company’s solutions
• Work closely with product management to build the product vision
• Manage architecture, design and lifecycle of the product
• Set clear goals based on technical and business requirements
• Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) on the team's various services and features

If you have:

• 6+ years of experience in SW development (at least 3 years of GO/Python development)
• 2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader
• Experience with design and architecture of complex features
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), ORM and database design principles
• Hands-on experience working with microservices and Dockers
• Ability to adapt to an extremely dynamic environment
