As an Android Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our mobile applications, guiding other developers, and building essential infrastructure for our Android application.

Your mission is to identify the tasks that will truly make a difference and ensure they come to fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, coding, and management of a large-scale application from inception to completion.

· Take ownership and reshape the Mobile CI/CD and release process.

· Conceptualize, develop and test POCs, and cross application features and infrastructure.

· Guide the teams on best practices, code quality and new technologies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, design, and more, to ensure the delivery of exceptional mobile experiences.

Requirements:

· At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin - Must

· Deep understanding of Android components and lifecycle events (activities, services, fragments, etc.)

· Experience with Coroutines, Flow, Architecture Components (MVI/MVVM) – Must

· Demonstrated proficiency in building Android UI/UX, including handling various screen sizes, adhering to design principles,

patterns, and best practices - Must

· Familiarity with Declarative UI / Jetpack Compose (nice to have)

· Thorough comprehension of mobile client-server concepts

· Passion for smooth and seamless UI experience

· Creative and original thinker, capable of innovative problem-solving

· Independent, self-managed, self-learner, and a team player with the ability to take ownership of tasks.

Advantages:

· Experience with Jetpack Compose

· Some experience with GraphQL

· Previous work experience in the Fintech industry
