What will you do?
As an AI Quantization Engineer, you will join a highly skilled software team to develop state-of-the-art tools and infrastructure used by Samsung teams worldwide for productizing deep learning models on embedded systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Research existing academic literature and develop advanced quantization schemes.
- Developing hardware-oriented approximations for various neural network operators.
- Work closely with HW and SW architects to define the future generation of NN accelerator HW.
- Gaining expertise in a variety of hardware architectures used for inference on embedded systems.
- Supporting team members to improve quantization accuracy.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5 years experience as SW Engineer
- 3+ years experience in Python
- Proven experience developing neural network models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of the mathematical principles underlying neural network development and training.
- Passion for production level SW development
Advanced:
- Experience with neural network quantization processes.
- Master’s degree with a relevant research focus.
