We’re looking for a DevOps Team Leader, in the position you’ll be responsible for managing AU10TIX’s in-house DevOps team, defining standard work processes and will take E2E responsibilities over AU10TIX’s cloud environments (from Dev’ to QA to STG to PROD).

Responsibilities:

• Lead in-house DevOps team and implemented standard DevOps work processes & and culture.
• Install, configure, automate, and monitor various Cloud Services, K8S, IIS, and other web hosting technologies.
• Assist development teams with application/platform integration, security, ACL, service configuration, and network.
• Monitor and identify infrastructure issues.
• Perform operational engineering for activities which include platform upgrades, patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Lead the change process in all platform environments.
• Provide off-hours on-call support for production systems per team rotation.
• Leverage established system performance standards to support capacity management objectives.
• Implementation and periodic testing of business continuity plans for supported hosting environments.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational procedures to reduce manual effort.
• Lead efforts to design and implement automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Team Leader including building teams and expanding capabilities.
• 5+ experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Azure Cloud background - a must.
• Team player with a high ability to work with management and peers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic environment.
• Developing experience in one or more of the following languages: C#, PowerShell, Python, Unix Shell Scripting, or JavaScript (Node.js). – big advantage
• Proven capabilities of cost management of cloud resources- an advantage.
• Demonstrates experience with cloud monitoring implementation and management.
• Demonstrates a working understanding of web hosting infrastructure architectures, and core networking principles.
• Experience in CI/CD and configuration management tools, e.g., Azure DevOps (a must), Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Experience in infrastructure as a code (IaC) such as Terraform (must), Pulumi and Ansible (an advantage)
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of cloud application troubleshooting techniques and strategies including the ability to use a variety of troubleshooting tools.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems- an advantage.
• Ready to work on no routine’s times including weekends and holidays.
