As a Cognyter you will:

• Product roadmap, goals, and backlog
• Designing high-level standard software
• Being part of the product technology revolution – ML/AI
• Coaching and mentoring team members in the agile principles
• Interacting between scrum teams, product, architects, and project managers
  
  

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need:

• At least 3 years’ experience in team leadership in agile scrum methodology
• At least 7 years’ proven software design and development experience in Java, Javascript/Typescript/ReactJS/NodeJS/ in core complex systems
• BSc in software engineering or equivalent
• Experience in leading scrum team – big advantage
• Highly motivated and strong technical skills
• Technical experience in working with one or more of the following: Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, NodeJS, SQL, REST API, Message Queues, Docker containers, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Microservice Architecture, MicroProfile
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability and passion to lead
