Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for an Application Development & Test Engineer with deep experience in agricultural technology to ensure our high-tech equipment meets rigorous quality and performance standards. You will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and validation of our systems, focusing on the integration of sophisticated software with mechanical and electronic components.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and execution of field tests to validate the functionality and efficiency of new agricultural equipment.

- Utilize advanced data analytics to interpret test results, ensuring systems perform optimally under various agricultural conditions.

- Prepare detailed test strategies that encompass software functionality, mechanical reliability, and system performance.

- Generate precise test reports and maintain up-to-date technical documentation to guide further product development.

- Engage with clients and product teams to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into technical specifications for agricultural systems.

Requirements:

- Over 5 years of experience in testing and validation, specifically in the agriculture sector.

- Proven track record of working with agricultural technology, understanding the intricate relationship between electro-mechanical devices and software systems.

- Experience in designing and conducting field tests, with a solid foundation in data analytics to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

- Proficiency in using statistical tools and techniques to analyze data sets and derive insights.

- Experience with computer systems, like Linux bash commands, Python, or similar.

- Superior communication abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members and clients.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural, Information Systems, or closely related field.
