We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Team Leader to join our amazing and growing Platform R&D. As a Full Stack Team Leader, you'll build and lead a team that makes a huge impact on Moon Active's growth by developing Business Applications for Operations, Monetization, CRM, analysts, BI and more, in a multi-game-studio environment that enables us to leverage insights from massive amounts of data and deliver an optimized and personalized experience to our players.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and other stakeholders
• Lead by example and develop your team members - have them grow, adapt, take on responsibilities and own their share of the product
• Build and Lead a team of full-stack engineers, Manage the entire production life-cycle of your domain
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies Implementation with attention to quality and best practices
• Take responsibility on your team's deliverables
• Be responsible for the Infrastructure platform, it's up-time, quality, architecture & scale
• Take major part in our strategic growth as R&D team - technology and process-wise
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader with proven management experience
• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proven experience in frameworks such as React or equivalent SPA framework
• Proven experience with Node.js.
• Development Self-learner, strong can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
