About The Role

As the Team Lead of the Mansion, you will play a pivotal role in steering the direction and success of our innovative 3D virtual world platform, mondaymansion. Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee a talented, multidisciplinary team, orchestrating project workflows and task allocation to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Act as a mentor to your team, nurturing their professional growth and recruiting top-tier talent to fill gaps and expand our capabilities.
• Instill and maintain rigorous standards for code ethics, quality, and stability across all technical domains, including Unity C#, Node.js, and React.
• Work closely with product managers to define the project's goals, scopes, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with our Customer Success and Support teams to deliver an exceptional user experience, driving satisfaction and loyalty among our platform users.
• Actively participate in the ideation and vision-setting phases of our platform development, contributing innovative ideas and solutions that enhance our offering.
• Engage with technical stakeholders within the incubator to leverage existing codebases and infrastructure, aiming to enhance and scale our platform's capabilities efficiently.
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should exhibit a combination of technical prowess, leadership skills, and a deep passion for virtual worlds. Specific qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development with a minimum of 2 successful stints in team leadership roles, preferably within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong technical background in Unity C#, Node.js, and familiarity with React. Experience in developing and scaling complex software systems, particularly in virtual environments or gaming platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Your communication skills must facilitate clarity, influence, and motivation across all levels of the organization.
• A passion for virtual worlds and a visionary outlook that drives continuous innovation and adaptation to emerging technologies and market trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex challenges and delivering practical, robust solutions.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
