Responsibilities:

• Team management and empowerment of an innovative technological culture.
• Close work with project managers, QA managers, infrastructure managers and development personnel and management staff.
• The position requires reliability, transparency in management, high personal responsibility, commitment to success, the ability to monitor and audit and to be a role model.
• Development and leading of web projects in the digital department.

Requirements:

• 5 years development experience
• 3 years of managerial experience / leading projects
• Full control of React, including understanding advanced libraries. For example: typescript, redux
• Full control of C# versions, with an emphasis on dot net core.
• Experience with Jira
• Extensive knowledge of git
• Relevant degree - computer science / software / manager with a background in software
• High interpersonal communication skills and coping with pressure
• Good interpersonal communication.
