As R&D Director in one of our Retail divisions, you will lead our development efforts and bring new products to new markets. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer needs, develop product roadmaps, and ensure our products are cutting-edge and competitive.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of 30 software developers, providing leadership and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and reach their potential.

· Lead the development of new products and features, from ideation to launch.

· Ensure that they meet high standards for security, quality, usability, and performance.

· Develop and manage R&D budgets and resource allocation.

· Lead the customers’ journey to SaaS

· Expand our reach into new geographies.

· Integrate emerging technologies into our products and strategy.

· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

· 7+ years of experience in software development, focusing on research and development - Must

· 5+ years leading development teams and team leaders – Must

· Retail experience - Must

· Technologies: .Net ,C#, MS-SQL, React, Mongo DB

· Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products and features.

· Proven knowledge of software development methodologies

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A high level of spoken English is a must.

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
