Role Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled R&D Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our technological endeavors, leading our R&D department while staying hands-on with the code. If you love diving deep into architecture decisions, building cutting-edge products, and experimenting with new technologies, this is the perfect role for you.

What You Will Do?

• Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor our R&D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Hands-On Development: Spend about 60% of your time coding and developing, ensuring you stay in touch with the tech.
• Architectural Decisions: Take charge of major architectural decisions, ensuring our products are robust, scalable, and cutting-edge.
• Innovate and Experiment: Lead the charge in building new products and testing out the latest technologies.
• Grow with Us: As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to grow too, taking on more responsibilities and evolving with the company.

What We're Looking For?

• Passion for Frontend and JS: You love JavaScript and are particularly passionate about the frontend.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Experience with our tech stack is a must—React, TypeScript, Next, Node, Express, MongoDB, and Elastic.
• Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a team leader in a tech company.
• Professionalism and Drive: You’re highly professional, driven, and always eager to learn and improve.
