As a head of R&D you will..

• Lead and manage a dynamic development team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables, with end-to-end responsibility.
• Define R&D team strategy and methodologies, optimizing work processes and efficiency, with direct responsibility for R&D objectives and KPIs.
• Mentor, coach, and retain key talents.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and research methodologies relevant to the organization's field of operation.
• Bridge technology and business needs, executing both long and short-term delivery, emphasizing rapid iteration, quick time-to-market, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance outcomes, processes, and user feedback continuously.

Requirements:

·      5+ years of experience as VP/Director of R&D in a growing startup company or as an R&D manager in a global public/private company.

·      Experience delivering complex, large-scale B2B products.

·      Deep understanding of R&D tailored for enterprise SaaS offerings.

·      Full-stack development experience, with an advantage in node.js and React.

·      "Can-do" mentality and hands-on approach.

·      Proven experience in the design and management of complex architectures.

·      Excellent communication skills and a strategic problem-solving mindset.

·      Ability to adapt to various technologies and continuously research and integrate new concepts.

·      A true team player with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
