TeraSky is looking for a highly skilled and experienced CTO Office - Tech Lead to join us.

As a CTO Office - Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in the technical direction of the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will work with a team of professionals, optimize workflows, and processes, and build tools to accelerate project delivery, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve reviewing and enhancing the sales process to ensure that TeraSky customer needs are met efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to strategic discussions with key clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and technologies, evaluate their potential for adoption in the company's service offerings, and implement them where appropriate
  • Lead and optimize workflows, and processes, and build tools to improve the efficiency of DevOps professionals and accelerate project delivery while maintaining high quality
  • Review and enhance the sales process to ensure TeraSky customer needs are met efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality DevOps services to clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, provide technical input for proposals and presentations, and contribute to strategic discussions with key clients
  • Understand the business needs and challenges of key clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and improve relationships
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and objectives


Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Kubernetes and Cloud Native technologies
  • At least 5 years of experience in Public Cloud (AWS or GCP)
  • Programming experience in at least one - Python, Golang, Java, or Node.js
  • Strong technical background in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring and logging
  • Background in on-premise data center management, storage, and data protection solutions - an advantage
  • Background in security, SDLC, and DevSecOps - an advantage
  • Contributing to opensource projects - an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical and business challenges
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus
