HiredScore's Artificial Intelligence Engine uses past company hiring data, global hiring data, and other data sources including labor market data, employee performance data, and CRM data, to revolutionize the end-to-end recruiting workflow as well as integrate seamlessly with other HR Systems such as chatbots, assessment tests, video interviews, and other automation tools. HiredScore's mission is to bring data science into the Human Resources domain.

We’re looking for an experienced SW development team-lead, who's passionate about the business and can take full responsibility for the delivery of our products to our clients. The ideal candidate would constantly seek improvement and automation opportunities while meeting delivery project targets in terms of value, speed & quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to lead full cycle integration projects by translating complex business requirements and processes to technical design

  • Mentor Jr Staff, recruit & onboard new team members, serve as a reference point for other developers
  • Develop and manage custom functions, services, and features
  • Develop custom solutions for various enterprise clients
  • Ability to work on the development of multiple projects at a time, identify risks, and scope creep, and ensure development is completed according to priority
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced process-focused environment, Handle frequently changed priorities and requirements coming from various clients, adept at problem-solving under pressure, Understand and be open to ongoing changes
  • Ability to lead and demonstrate best practices of SW Engineering
  • Shows initiative and proactively problem-solves, improves processes, and/or escalates risks


What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers
  • 4+ years of software/technology industry experience
  • Experience with APIs and building deep integrations.
  • Coding in modern technologies (Python Advantage, Node JS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Creating software with built-in quality (SOLID, Tests, Separation of Concerns, etc.)
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to handle changing priorities and challenges internal & external
  • Eager to learn and raise the bar in order to grow and become better
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and translate customer needs.
  • Previous experience in a delivery organization, building solutions for corporate clients, in a predefined time & budget.
  • Availability and flexibility in working hours
