UG Labs is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of kids play. The ideal candidate is a team player, who will proactively seek ways to improve and optimize the system and have high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance. The position requires a high level of experience and the ability to work on cutting edge technology.

As a senior software engineer you will:

• Build the next generation of our CAI (Conversational AI) platform, with attention to scale, reliability, robustness, and user experience 
• Deeply understand our technical challenges and actively seek innovative solutions
• Work in collaboration with product managers, and fellow engineers to refine requirements and enhance the functionality and quality of our features
• End-to-end approach - tech design, implementation and delivery
• Be a part of the technical roadmap definition and prioritization processes 

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience developing production-level code
• Ability to think strategically about system-wide impacts and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives E2E
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, particularly with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLMs, natural language processing and machine learning
• BS.c. or higher in Computer Science, or related field
