Who are we? 

Elsight delivers absolute connection confidence for drones and unmanned vehicles operating beyond the visual line of sight. Our proprietary bonding technology incorporates both software and hardware elements to deliver extremely reliable, secure, high bandwidth, real-time connectivity (e.g., over LTE/5G/RF/SAT) – even in the most challenging areas for stationary, portable, or actively mobile situational requirements. Our technology is already embedded in drones, and uncrewed vehicles worldwide, all backed up by our cloud service.

You will… 

• Be 70% hands-on and 30% lead the technical side
• Be a key decision-maker for technical, architectural, procedural issues and more.
• Deliver features end-to-end, taking full ownership and managing the entire software development lifecycle, from research and design to release.
• Work closely with the product, QA and support teams to deliver the best features.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Implementing best practices and coding standards.
• Help mentor the team to achieve technical excellence.

Apply if you have…

• 8+ years of experience in software development (5+ years of them of hands-on experience with server-side development)
• Experience with python, Advantage
• Experience in NO-SQL databases
• Deep understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems using microservices
• Experience in software design and system architecture
• Experience in Cloud development, using Web API
• Experience working in CI/CD workflows, agile methodologies.
• Experience with Docker/K8s – Advantage
