What You Will Do?

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be designing and developing the UI of our brand new Control & Monitoring web application including our mobile app targeted for end users.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, excited about technology, innovation and sustainability, be a true team player, with a sense of ownership and able to handle frequent and complex technical challenges. We respect creativity!

You will be a member of our small but highly visible software team developing web based & native mobile UI for our Electric Road cloud based IOT solution.

• Design, implement and maintain our web application and mobile app with ReactJS & React Native
• Take full responsibility for our user interface
• Participate in daily Agile & DevOps tasks
• Work closely with the backend part of our system, our UX/UI designers and Product management
• Design & code automations for testing your code

Requirements:

• B.Sc / B.A in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of frontend development experience
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue etc.)
• Experience and knowledge of different protocols: HTTP, OAuth 2.0, REST, WebSocket protocols etc
• Familiarity with modern DevOps stack & standards (git, automations, CI/CD).
• High-level English

• Great CSS skills
• Experience with automated UI tests (i.e. Cypress.io)
• Experience developing user interface for IOT systems
• Hands-on experience with React Native and Expo.io for mobile applications
