A Seed-stage/Stealth company in our portfolio, developing a data-centric cyber solution, is looking for their first Frontend Lead to drive the user-facing development of their product.

This is a great opportunity to lead a major area of product development with the potential to build a team over time and have a major impact every day.

While this is a frontend-focused role, the ideal candidate will have experience and interest in backend technologies and development as well and will be able to take projects from start to finish in a full-stack manner.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first frontend-focused team member, shaping the contours of the role
• Lead all aspects of the product frontend development, collaborating closely with backend and product teams.
• Participate in strategic decision-making around product design and architecture
• Have the opportunity to build and manage a team over time

For this role, you should have:

• 4+ years of React.js frontend experience (or a similar framework)
• Either past management experience or the capabilities and desire to manage and lead in the future
• Experience working in a fullstack/backend capacity
