About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineer with proven management capabilities.

The team owns all aspects of our threat detection and investigation solution including -

data collections, ingestion, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection.

As a pivotal leader, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of data, from the moment it is logged in customer environments to when it is processed and analyzed by our systems.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for the entire threat detection and investigation solution.

- Drive features from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- You are expected to participate in the development of features.

- Collaborate with product and other engineering teams.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced execution-oriented environment.

- Proven experience managing engineering teams with a focus on cloud security.

- Strong programming skills, we are using Go, Python, and Node.js.

- Experience with data solutions such as Kafka, OpenSearch, and MongoDB.

- Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Kubernetes infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Threat Detection

- Experience with eBPF sensors

- Experience with Machine Learning and Auto Encoders
