We are looking for our first Data & Analytics Engineer to join our imagen team.

The Engineer will lead the entire data operation end to end, ensuring a top level data system with best practices applied.

The successful candidate should have both a technical background and working with business stakeholders background.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different teams in the company and translate business requirements into robust data processes.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Airflow, Meltano, Rivery & DBT on top of Snowflake.
• Utilize advanced data modeling technologies to create robust data structures.
• Validate data Integrity, freshness, quality and some other buzzwords.
• Code review and set high quality standards for the data team.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer / BI Engineer.
• DBT Master with exceptional SQL skills.
• Strong data modeling skills - you cite Kimball by heart.
• Experienced with Python and orchestration tools.
• Experienced with cloud data warehouses.
• Knowledge of Devops principles (mainly CI/CD, a little docker)
• Well organized, high attention to small details.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning.
