Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation & QA engineers to develop, maintain, and execute test scripts of diverse cyber & communication systems
• Manage the team activities, coding and maintaining automation tests, performing and analyzing functional and stress tests
• Responsible for the team's robust infrastructure
• Write and execute complicated test scenarios
• Participating in the team's activities (50% hands-on)
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into the overall software development process
• Leading the team to a higher level of professional automation developers

Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automation team leader
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing automation infrastructure using Python, React, and node.js
• Deep knowledge and experience of automation and stress best practices
• Deep knowledge and experience in CI/CD disciplines, K8S, automation tools (Jenkins), Docker Compose
• Experience in leading projects- from design to implementation
• Experience in planning & writing test scenarios, as well as QA methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to understand complicated software and communication systems
• Autodidact and adopt new technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Cyber security- advantage
• Experience with VMware solutions-advantage
