Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced antibody scientist to facilitate our R&D efforts. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will drive the discovery, design, and optimization of novel immunotherapy modalities using state-of-the-art computational, structural and biological methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cutting-edge structural methods, including molecular dynamics simulations, homology modelling and docking studies, to design antibody drug candidates.
- Harness AI/ML approaches and Antibody/Protein Engineering techniques to discover and optimize therapeutic antibodies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in structural biology and integrate novel approaches into our research programs to maintain our competitive edge.
- Appley molecular biology tools (Yeast display, Tissue culture, Flow cytometry, FPLC, HPLC, AKTA, ELISA, etc.) to produce and test antibodies in the lab.
- Collaborate closely with other laboratory personnel and CROs (Contract Research Organizations) to oversee antibody production, quality control, and efficacy testing.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of assigned projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence by building effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ms.C / Ph.D in Biology / Computational Biology / Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and optimizing novel antibodies.
- Proficiency in molecular modelling, simulation, and visualization packages.
- Experience in relevant molecular biology technics (Yeast display, Tissue culture, Flow cytometry, FPLC, HPLC, AKTA, ELISA, etc.).
- Experience in AI/ML approaches and bioinformatics tools (e.g., AlphaFold, ESM, Rosetta), Linux, cloud environments and Python.
