Job Description

Manage SW & HW projects for mission critical communication devices. Execution from initiation and defining project scope to a release. Projects include some HW development.

Accountable for overall project schedule, budget, metrics reporting, and cross-functional teams coordination. Prime contact for all project interfaces.

Oversee all aspects of projects, owns end to end planning and accountable for the project execution:

• Define project scope and objectives
• Prepare budget and manage resources prediction
• Develop detailed project schedule and work plan
• Manage project changes
• Lead technical decisions
• Monitor and Drive SW quality to meet release criteria
• Assure certifications are completed to meet customer needs
• Make sure that project objectives & deliveries are met end to end i.e. delivery of the products on time, quality, budget and customer satisfaction
• Tracking & assessing project execution progress vs the plan, measure performance using project management tools and techniques
• Leads risks identification monitoring and drive action plans and mitigations. Identifies dependencies
• Provides project updates and report of project status to stakeholders
• Works closely with product management
• This job includes a tight relations with customers
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience of 5-8 years in global companies project management including both SW & HW developemnt
• Proven experience in software developemnt and agile methodologies
• Strong sfotware technical background, Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Engineering
• Familiar with a variety of project management practices and procedures
• Very good English speaking and writing
• Very good English presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and a team player
• Experience in working with multiple sites teams
• High level of knowledge of MS project or equivalent, project management methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Very good analytical skills
• Experience with working with 3rd parties - advantage
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) - advantage
