Description

The Tech Hub is looking for a seasoned R&D Team Leader to spearhead our Full-Stack initiatives, and lead & build a solid team of versatile engineers. The role encompasses full collaboration with business stakeholders to achieve ambitious product goals and sky-high OKRs.

About The Role

  • Take an active part in shaping the Hub's tech stack and work methodologies
  • Establish a dynamic team that can work on multiple Full Stack projects simultaneously in varying magnitudes
  • Focus on making data accessible and present, to help measure and analyze product health, KPIs and Key Results
  • Collaborate with domain leaders in the Business Accelerator to plan and execute product roadmap
  • Build work processes and development ethics to streamline the team's work
  • Work closely with Product and Design to optimize SDLC and attainment of OKRs
  • Bring ingenuity and sophistication into the SDLC and come up with creative solutions for product-related problems
  • Leverage monday's tech and infra resources to achieve reusability and adoption of proven technologies
  • Develop observability layers and tools to provide clearer view on system health and status

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
  • 2+ years of proven management experience.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development
  • A "growth mindset," including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
  • Problem solver: Has the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven, user and business oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
  • Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people)
