As our company grows, an exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic individual to join our R&D team. We seek an experienced Full Stack Team Lead who wants to join our core team and help us build the single source of truth for the financial world.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Taking Hands-on responsibilities with the team: designing, coding, and delivering features.
• Play a central role in building a complex and large-scale platform.
• Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture.
• Develop & Lead tasks end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Provide scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-use solutions for our customers.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with trends & technologies in the industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing development teams.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience working with databases.
• Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge.
• An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
• Team player.
