Data Scientist/GenAI LLM Engineer

What You Will Be Doing:
- Utilize your deep expertise in LLM/GenAI technologies to develop and deploy advanced agent frameworks that transform complex operations into streamlined workflows.
- Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that significantly enhance their operational efficiency.
- Prototype, build, test, and deploy scalable products using GenAI/LLM technology, continuously optimizing performance to meet real-world demands.
- Engage in the entire lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, from managing CI/CD pipelines and containerization to deployment and maintenance in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Design prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) to validate the feasibility and value of solutions before full-scale implementation.
- Lead innovative research projects to explore new applications of LLMs, pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can achieve in operational contexts.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to clients and internal teams, facilitating the adoption of LLM technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Python and 2 years with shell scripting.
- Solid experience in NLP and professional use of GenAI technologies such as OpenAI API, GPT-4, HuggingFace Transformers, among others.
- Strong background in vector databases, MLOps, CI/CD pipeline development, containerization, and deployment across various environments.
- Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex technical details and LLM capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred but not required:
- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Scala.
- Deep industry-specific expertise, particularly in technologies focusing on NLP/LLM applications.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI standards and protocols.
- Proven track record in applied research or development of LLM technologies.
