BlueSnap supports payments through multiple sales channels, such as online and mobile sales, marketplaces, subscriptions, invoice payments, and manual orders through a virtual terminal.

We seek an experienced and talented DevOps Engineer to lead our amazing DevOps team!

We are located in Herzliya and work in a hybrid work mode.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps/SRE engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure, monitoring, and procedures to support our 24x7 multi-data-center operational environment.
• Work with the development and IT teams to configure, support, and improve the infrastructure, including IaC.
• Develop and integrate infrastructure tools to support our production system, design, document, and implement CI/CD procedures.
• Automate procedures and configuration management
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps.
• On-call support during off-hours (rotation).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer in a 24x7 production environment.
• 2+ years as a Team Lead/Manager of a DevOps/Development team.
• Experience with Linux-based systems like (RedHat/Oracle Linux/Fedora/Debian) at an administrative level.
• Strong understanding of web applications based on Tomcat/Apache web servers.
• Hands-on development experience in DevOps using CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, Ansible/Chef, Artifactory, Terraform, etc..
• Java-world build frameworks such as Maven and Gradle.
• Proven hands-on experience with Gitlab, Github, Jenkins, Terraform, AWX (Ansible), Kubernetes, Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc.
• Deep understating of the software development lifecycle and strong scripting and coding skills in Bash, Python, Perl, and Java.
• Experience with SQL DB's (Oracle, MSSQL, Mysql).
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools and services such as Appdynamic, NewRelic, Icinga, Grafana, Site24x7, Prometheus, Splunk, Xpolog, Logstash, and ELK.
• Great communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Advantage:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), routing, DNS, and load balancing (F5).
• Knowledge of Java / Spring applications and troubleshooting Java based build projects.
• Experience with Virtualization, specifically VMWare and AWS.
• Experience working with clustered / load-balanced servers.
• Experience with Microsoft AD and Windows integrations.
